YEARBOOK PLANNING FOR THE CLASS OF 2024 IS OFFICIALLY UNDERWAY!
To ensure that every child is fully represented in the yearbook, we’ve put together this packet of information that includes a yearbook checklist with due dates and additional instruction sheets that will help us bring the yearbook together.

YEARBOOK CONSENT FORM
Due Friday, November 17th - To consent please fill out the following form:
YEARBOOK COVER CONTEST
Due Friday, December 1st - Submit your yearbook cover contest to your student's classroom teacher.
BABY & KINDERGARTEN PHOTO
Due Friday, December 15th - Email your baby and kindergarten photos to yearbookmaugham2024@gmail.com.
STUDENT QUESTIONNAIRE
Due Friday, December 15th - Email your student's questionnaire to yearbookmaugham2024@gmail.com or drop it in HSA box at school main entrance.
LOVE NOTES ADS ORDER FORMS (optional)
Due Friday, December 15th - If you would like to place a "Love Note" ad in the yearbook, submit your love note with payment to the HSA mailbox at school main entrance.

CANDID/GROUP PHOTOS
