• School and community events such as our annual Spring Carnival

• Assemblies and STEAM programming

We offer the following annual sponsorship levels (any amount is greatly appreciated):

• Founding Partner – $5,000+

• Education Partner – $2,500

• Community Supporter – $1,000

• Friend of Maugham – Under $1,000

• Two features within a school calendar year in our email newsletter that goes out every other week (timing to be mutually agreed upon). Can include graphic and text.

• Business name, logo, and website link on the sponsorship section of our website with top billing.

• Business name, logo, and website link in Read-A-Thon communications (approx 5-7 emails) with top billing.

Education Partner – $2500

• Table at Fall Festival and Spring Carnival

Community Supporter – $1000

• Table at either Fall Festival or Spring Carnival

Event Sponsorship Opportunities

Field Day - $4000 donation

• Designation as Event Sponsor with business name, logo, and website link on all Field Day communications

• Logo printed on back of Field Day t-shirts given to every student to wear during the event

• Business name, logo, and website link on sponsorship section of our website

Fall Festival - $2000 donation

• Designation as Event Sponsor with business name, logo, and website link on all Fall Festival communications

• Table at Fall Festival

Spring Carnival - $2000 donation

• Designation as Event Sponsor with business name, logo, and website link on all Spring Carnival communications

Ice Cream Truck End of Year Celebration - $1500 donation

• Designation as Event Sponsor with business name, logo, and website link on all Ice Cream Truck communications

• Designation as Event Sponsor with business name, logo, and website link on all Variety Show communications

• Logo on front page of digital program

In-Kind / Non-Cash Support

We welcome non-cash contributions such as products, gift cards, services, or experiences that can be used for student rewards during specific events like our Read-A-Thon or Spring Art & Auction event. In-kind sponsors will be recognized as Event Partners, with:

• Business name, logo, and website link on event sponsorship section of our website for the duration of the event

• Business name, logo, and website link in frequent event communications specific to the sponsored event

Tax Information

The Maugham Home & School Association (HSA) is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and all cash donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. A donation receipt will be provided for your records.
